Rehabilitation of Frederick is a fully licensed and certified driving rehabilitation program. Your certified driving rehabilitation specialist (CDRS) is certified by the Association of Driving Rehabilitation Specialists. We are an approved driving rehabilitation program for the states of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
